Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
For hygiene reasons, opened body care products and candles that have been lit cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will arrange collection within the UAE.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
